Cancellation Policy

Reclaim does not refund class pass purchases. *Cancellation/Reschedule Deadline: To receive a full credit back to your purchase plan for your future booking, cancellations/rescheduling must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled class time. Cancellations/Rescheduling made less than 6 hours before the scheduled class time will not be eligible for a refund. If a class has insufficient attendance requirements and will be cancelled, you will receive notification of class cancel at least 6 hours prior to class start time. *Refund Policy: If you cancel your class before the cancellation deadline, we will credit you for future class booking. Cancellations made after the deadline will not be eligible for a refund. If your class is cancelled due to insufficient attendance, you will be credited a pass for future use. *No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled class, you will not be eligible for a refund of the cash or class credit used to book. Unlimited Class members who cancel with less than 6 hours' notice OR no-show will be charged a $12 cancellation fee. Pass holders in this instance will forfeit the class pass credit used to book. *Rescheduling Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate any rescheduling requests. If you need to reschedule your class, please contact us at least 6 hours before the scheduled class time.
