Infrared Sauna
Infrared heat is different than a traditional sauna. Infrared heat penetrates deeper allowing for a quicker sweat while also not heating up the air around you as quickly! Great for muscle recovery, detoxing the body, boosting the immune system, and improving your cardiovascular health. A sauna session is well worth your time!

What to Wear ( Required attire)
