This 60-minute experience weaves together guided meditation, slow and intentional movement, and immersive sound to support your body in releasing tension and your mind in finding stillness. We’ll begin by grounding the breath and quieting the nervous system, move through a gentle, mindful flow to open and restore the body, and close with a deeply relaxing sound experience to help you fully unwind.
